First time brands get strong reception at INDX Kidswear

The summer edition of INDX Kidswear recently took place at Cranmore Park conference and exhibition centre in Solihull – and in direct response to buyer feedback, the two-day show offered a strengthened footwear offer and a specific focus on new and emerging labels.

This season’s exhibitor list featured a total of 150 brands and included 30 exhibitors making their INDX debut. In line with the uncertain retail landscape and difficult economic climate, attending retailers were cautious, however the first time brands were very well received.

“INDX Kidswear has always been a proud supporter of small labels and emerging brands and this season we were delighted to welcome an influx of industry newcomers, who took their places alongside our established suppliers and key returning exhibitors,” commented Varsha Chohan, INDX Kidswear organiser. “As footwear is a growth category for our visiting buyers, we were also pleased to expand this sector of the show for a more inclusive offer.”

INDX Kidswear is part of the INDX group of trade shows which delivers over 20 shows a year across fashion, toys, nursery and home sectors and is brought to market by UK buying group Associated Independent Stores (AIS).

INDX Kidswear will return to Cranmore Park from 29-30 January 2023 and visitor registration can be completed via the INDX website.
