Preschool names star in latest Tesco toy sale in Easter lead up

With demand for toys at Tesco increasing by around 20% over the Easter holidays, the retailer has today (24 March) kicked off its latest half price toy sale – with a number of familiar preschool names featuring.

The sale includes brands including Fisher-Price, PAW Patrol, Preschool and Play-Doh among others.

Preschool highlights include the PAW Patrol Stock Vehicle which is down from £40 to £20.

There are 60 toys in the sale covering categories such as action, creative, dolls, vehicles, nursery, preschool, plush and outdoor.

“Whatever the weather, rain or shine, we’ve got toys for all eventualities to keep the kids amused indoors or outside in the garden,” commented Anne Borrett, Tesco category manager for toys, nursery and sport. “We also have a trampoline in the sale as well as water tables and water blaster back packs plus play sand if it’s going to be sunny and the kids are going to be in the garden.

“But if it’s rainy or cooler then there’s plenty of action figures and games to play with indoors.”

The sale will run until 19 April.
