Hippychick launches new website

The nursery retailer has spent nine months developing its new site, which is now live at www.hippychick.com

Hippychick’s new, user friendly, easy to navigate site has been created with parents in mind, to help them find the products they are looking for quickly and easily. The retailer listened to customer feedback and spent much of lockdown developing the new site.

New features include the ability for customers to create a personal customer account, enabling them to see and track all of their orders in one place. Shoppers can also choose to be notified when an out of stock product comes back into stock with a simple tick box option, and the whole site is now mobile friendly and designed to transfer seamlessly to mobile screens.

Julia Minchin, founder and joint md, commented: “As a parent myself, I know how precious time is. So when you go online to buy something you need either for yourself, or for your children, you want the process to be as quick, easy and pain free as possible. We’re really pleased with the result.”
