Dreamgenii offers free online pregnancy workout videos

Maternity and nursing pillow brand Dreamgenii has teamed up with personal trainer Kelly McFie, owner of Fitness Works to deliver a series of virtual fitness workouts for mums-to-be to follow during isolation.

The team behind the understands the importance of exercising safely at home during the current crisis so turned to Kelly to devise a series of workout videos that will air on the brand’s Facebook page this week. All exercises can easily be done at home without equipment.

“It’s a tremendously difficult time for everyone so we wanted to give something back to our community and Kelly kindly offered her services to ensure we could help as many mums-to-be as possible,” revealed marketing manager Fiona-Jane Kenworthy,. “They’re really simple exercises and you can do them at whatever stage of pregnancy you are at.”

Kelly McFie added: “I was delighted to help Dreamgenii create these videos for mums-to-be as I work with many women who find the benefits of exercise right up until they are due to give birth. These exercises are designed to keep followers active and strong and will hopefully make them feel less isolated.”
