Carrier and wrap company Baby K’tan has taken on three new international distribution partnerships; Luna Bebé (Mexico), Lucina (Iceland) and Paninti Baby (Indonesia).
The additions continue the company’s international growth, bringing the family-owned US company to a total of 15 international distributors covering over 100 countries.
Best known for its innovative and easy-to-use baby wrap, Baby K’tan has steadily increased its product mix, with new carrier styles, a line of diaper bags and a number of new lines in swaddle and sleep category.
“At Luna Bebé, we want to closely accompany parents at each stage of the growth of their children,” says Sonia Mateos, Luna Bebé owner. “We believe Baby K’tan is an amazing product that provides a safe environment for babies while helping with their physical and mental development. We are excited to share these products with all of our families and we are sure parents will love it as much as we do.”
Lucina was founded in 2015 by Júlíana Magnúsdóttir, a nurse and a doula working with women during their childbearing years. The babywearing concept aligned with her natural parenting aproach and after initially partnering as a reseller, she has since begun importing the carrier brand.
Paninti Baby is a division of Inti group, a medical and hospital supply company with over 16 years of distribution experience. “Indonesia is the fourth most populated country in the world. We are enthusiastic about our partnership with Paninti Baby; their knowledge will help us successfully enter this enormous emerging market,” says Isaac Wernick, ceo and co-founder of Baby K’tan,
