Cheeky Rascals readies for Child Safety Week

The company is planning a range of activities throughout the week (6 to 12 June, 2022) to promote Fred and its range of baby proofing products.

During Child Safety Week, Cheeky Rascals will be working with influencers to share the messaging from the Child Accident Prevention Trust. The theme for this year’s campaign is ‘safety in mind’ and the messaging surrounds safety for children around fire, choking, falls, poisoning, burns, button batteries, water and road safety. Resources can be downloaded from the CAPT website here.

Cheeky Rascals’ activity will focus on the latest stats shown here with the objective of trying to reduce the number of children who end up in A&E.

The company will team up with a number of organisations to promote the campaign. Firstly, Cheeky Rascals will be supporting Mini First Aid in promoting their new Baby Proofing course, and will also be working with retailers to introduce them to their local mini first aid franchisee. This will enable retail partners to offer First Aid and Baby Proofing classes in-store.

The firm has also sponsored Midwife Pip’s latest series of 15 podcasts which focus on safety and reducing A&E statistics. You can find out more about the podcast and listen here.
