Joie collaborates with post partum fitness expert

Joie has partnered with post partum fitness expert, Samantha Johnson to show mums how they can fit in some me time using the Joie Savvy.

The company invited ten mums along to take part in an outdoor fitness session to try out the Joie Savvy for themselves. The mums were able to take part in a 20-minute workout, carrying their babies and using their weight to add challenge to the exercise.

Savvy is an ergonomic carrier which allows parents to keep their little ones close, making baby wearing about hugging, not lugging. With four carry positions, the Savvy gives babies optimal support and a change of scenery, while keeping them close.

Offering clever magnetic buckles on the shoulder straps, it’s easy to put the Savvy on and adjust yourself. The carrier is also carefully engineered to carry baby with a naturally c-shaped spine, hugging them in the foetal position.

Meanwhile, the optimal support of Savvy, lets babies sit smart in an M-shaped position which promotes healthy spine and hip development.

The at home workout can be viewed here.
