iCandy’s head of communications, Naomi Williams, is in the Harrogate hotseat today as she tells us what the company’s plans are for the International Nursery Fair.
Will Harrogate be your first ‘live’ trade show since Covid? If so, what are you most looking forward to about getting together with the preschool industry again?
“Yes, Harrogate International Nursery Fair will mark iCandy’s return to live trade shows and we are delighted to be back. We are most looking forward to catching up in person with our independent retailers and sharing our latest innovations with them.”
What can visitors expect to see on your stand?
“iCandy will be showcasing our Orange, Lime Lifestyle and Peach collections including the iCandy Designer Collections. There will also be some very exciting new products on display. Join us at Stand D22.”
Will you be launching anything new at the show?
“iCandy’s in-house British design team has been focusing their unrivalled expertise on exciting, never seen before products that continue to push boundaries across style, design and engineering. iCandy is delighted to present these latest innovations at Harrogate International Nursery Fair. From the new generation of an icon, to something that sees iCandy returning to our roots, our very core, visitors will be the first to know more.”
Are there any show offers to be had for retailers?
“Retailers will be able to get their hands on iCandy’s complete bundles for their stores. Alongside the iCandy Orange or Peach pushchair, which includes the carrycot and seat unit as well as a raincover and car seat adaptors, the offer includes an impressive selection of additional accessories.”
What plans are in the pipeline for your company for the rest of the year?
“Hot on the heels of Harrogate, iCandy will be attending The Baby Show at Olympia – our first major consumer show since Covid-19. We’re really looking forward to meeting with prospective parents again and showing them everything, from the Lime pushchair’s TotalFold to the Peach pushchair’s ability to convert between a single and a double pushchair on a single footprint. Of course, we are also excited about bringing innovative new products to market.”
