Bluey and PAW Patrol among preschool winners at Australian Toy Association 2021 awards

Products from Spin Master and Moose Toys, as well as VTech, among victors at last week’s awards.

The Australian Toy, Hobby and Licensing Fair Digital held its yearly awards night on Monday 1 March via a Live Stream Event and to over 200 attendees.

Hosted by the executive manager of the Australian Toy Association, Alice Sanderson, awards for 24 categories were announced.

Hit preschool property Bluey was a major winner. The brand picked up Preschool Licence of the Year for BBC Studios Australia, while Moose Toys picked up a brace of accolades – its Bluey Plush Friends assortment won Plush Product of the Year, while its Bluey Pool Time Fun Play-set was the 2021 Judges’ Choice in the 0-6 category.

Elsewhere in the preschool space, Spin Master’s PAW Patrol Dino Patroller was awarded Infant/Preschool Product of the Year, while, On the Go Story Pal from VTech picked up the 2021 Kids Choice Award (4-6).

Beatrix Potter – Peter Rabbit by Haven Licensing picked up the Boutique Licence of the Year award.
