iCandy launches charity art collection

Luxury baby brand iCandy launched an art collection dedicated to Great Ormond Street Hospital, titled The White Peach Art Project.

The eclectic and innovative art collection was on show at last week’s Kind und Jugend in Cologne, Germany. The White Peach Project art collection was created by four artists who donated their time and talent to design a selection of one-off Peach pushchairs, dedicated to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s charity.

iCandy has been directly involved with GOSH for three years now and has raised over £100,000, funding an isolation bay on the ‘Bear Ward’ cardiac unit and a specially adapted iCandy pushchair to enable children to move freely around the hospital and its grounds.

Inspired to develop an environment where charity and creativity work together, iCandy decided to launch the unique four-piece collection of white Peach pushchairs to act as a set of canvases and raise awareness for GOSH and the work it does.

As iCandy’s first artist collaboration project, the artists were carefully selected due to their unique style and approaches to art, offering a mix of media to represent the different interpretations of modern parenting in today’s society.

From the urban graffiti artist ZombieDan, born and raised in London, to the bold and fearless fashion designer Sophie Hospes from Amsterdam, the collection provides an interesting discussion piece on parenting today.
