Love Monster hits one million BBC iPlayer requests

Milestone for Boat Rocker Studios property has been reached in just three weeks.

The love continues to pour in for CBeebies’ new hairy hero Love Monster as iPlayer requests reach one million in the three weeks since the new series launched.

Even Body Coach and dad Joe Wicks caught the love bug as he snuggled up to read the CBeebies bedtime story Love Monster and the Perfect Present by Rachel Bright on Friday February 14 at 6.50pm.

“We knew that Love Monster was a heart-warming series full of laughter and joy so we are happy to see that the young audience has also fallen head over heels in love with our hairy hero, as he navigates the difficulties of being slightly unusual looking in Fluffytown, a place full of cute fluffy things,” said Jon Rutherford, md and president rights at Boat Rocker Studios.

Love Monster – which airs at 4pm every weekday on CBeebies – follows the adventures of the eponymous hero as he makes his way in Fluffytown, a world where he is one of a kind.
