Cosatto joins forces with Axkid

Thanks to an innovative collaboration, both Axkid and Cosatto can now offer more choice for parents with the release of two new car seats.

The partnership ensures that children can be five times safer travelling rearward up to seven years of age.

Cosatto x Axkid One 2 is the only car seat on the market allowing rear-facing travel up to approximately seven years of age ( 61-125cm or 23kg).

Cosatto x Axkid Minikid 4 offers up to 30cm legroom, dynamic headrest technology and easy 60-second installation for flexibility and adaptability to each child’s needs.

Combining Swedish Plus testing and safety science with Cosatto signature styling, Cosatto x Axkid One 2 and Minikid 4 car seats have unique safety features, including extended rear-facing capabilities up to an advanced 23kg and 36kg in child weight, respectively.

Both seats are approved up to 125cm in child height and come with a four year guarantee.

Creative director of Cosatto, Vicky Morley, commented: “We pride ourselves on our existing range of car seats which are tested above and beyond the UK standard, and now we are thrilled to be collaborating with Axkid on these exciting new releases.

“Part of the rear-facing revolution, this partnership emphasises our commitment to bringing the most innovative, stylish and safe car seats to parents across the UK and Europe.”

Jayne Caul, managing director of Axkid, added: “Axkid are delighted to be working with Cosatto on this collaboration to bring rear-facing car seats to a wider audience. With bright and colourful designs, the partnership offers something unique and exciting with no compromise on safety. As advocates of extended rear-facing globally, Axkid applaud the dedication by Cosatto to support this segment of the market.”

The Cosatto x Axkid One 2 car seat is available in the Foxford Hall and Midnight Jungle designs, and the Minikid 4 car seat is available in Unicorn Garden and Dragon Kingdom. They will be available from 1 February 2024.
