Disney celebrates What Parents Love award success

Disney notched up another award win this week, having been crowned the winner of the What Parents Love accolade at the Progressive Preschool Awards 2022.

Sponsored by The Insights Family, What Parents Love is the sole consumer category in the awards – which took place on Tuesday 15 November at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London – and was presented for only the second time.

The Insights Family – which aims to provide kids, teens, parents and families with a voice – collaborated with Max Publishing and Progressive Preschool to create the industry pioneering consumer award based on the responses of parents with kids aged between 1-3 in the UK since the start of the year. The 2021 award was won by LEGO.

The award was presented by The Insights Family’s founder, Nick Richardson, who commented: “A huge congratulations to the team at Disney. According to our research, their hardwork and dedication is certainly resonating with preschool parents in the UK.”

Rob Willis, director of Max Publishing, which owns and organises the Progressive Preschool Awards, added: “The addition of a consumer award to the Progressive Preschool Awards last year was so warmly received that it was a no brainer to continue our partnership with The Insights Family this year. Congratulations to the team at Disney on their deserved win.”
