The first ever Rising Stars Awards programme has been introduced by Ocado to celebrate small and independent businesses with awards across a range of categories.
Voting is now open for the public to choose their favourite products from the shortlist across 20 different categories. Preschool brands including Hippychick, Child’s Farm, Hipp Organic, Galt Toys, Sass and Belle, and Jackson Reece have been honoured in the shortlist for Best Baby Product, Best Kids Product and others.
Hippychick scooped two nominations for the Bumkins Sleeved Bib in the Best Lifestyle Product category, and the LiteCup Sippy Cup in the Best Convenience Product section.
Alan Houghton, sales manager, Hippychick, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have two of our everyday essential brands nominated for two of the categories which are Best Convenience Product for Litecup, the very clever sippy cup that lights up! And Best Lifestyle Product for Bumkins Sleeved Bib which is 100% waterproof and perfect for mealtimes or messy play.”
