didofy donates 1,000 protective visors

Family-run pushchair company, didofy, has contributed to the UK’s  efforts in the ongoing fight against against Covid-19 by making and donating 1,000 protective visors.

The company is showing its support by donating the essential product to frontline health workers, including NHS and care home staff, to help keep them safe.

“As a company founded by parents, we are used to caring for families,” said company director, Josephine Votsis. “We felt like we wanted to do more for frontline medical key workers who are working extremely hard, putting themselves on the line to protect us and care for all our families.”

She continued: “The lack of PPE equipment was something we felt we could help with. The didofy team has come together to design much needed visors for the front line medical and care home staff. We’ve reached out to our didofy friends and family to build a team of volunteers – at a safe distance of course – to produce the visors and we have contacts at the NHS and care homes waiting to receive them.”

“We hope that this small gesture will express our heartfelt thanks to those who have been looking after our families.”
