“It’s such a great colourful show” says Wow Toys’ Nadim Laperouse.
A number of British companies are celebrating another successful Nuremberg Toy Fair – with the show itself reporting record numbers.
The event – which took place from Wednesday January 31 to Sunday February 4 – attracted 71,000 trade visitors and 2,902 companies.
In the British Pavilion, footfall was strong, with Nadim Laperouse, md of Wow Toys, telling PreschoolNews.net: “Nuremberg is such a great colourful show.”
The company was showcasing new lines including Mack Monster Truck, Cop Car Cody, Marco’s Moto Team, Kitty Camper Van and My First Wow among others.
Stuart Whitehill, account director for Overseas Fair Division – organisers of the British Pavilion – said it had been another successful show for the companies involved and that hopes are high there may be a bit of extra space in 2019.
“We had very positive feedback in general from our exhibitors in the pavilion,” Stuart commented. “I’ve also heard that British exhibitors in other halls have also been enjoying a great show.”
One such company was Fiesta Crafts, with Rob Trup commenting: “We’ve had a really good quality of visitors to our stand.”
