Spin Master to acquire Melissa & Doug

Spin Master is to acquire preschool and educational play specialist, Melissa & Doug for $950 million in cash, it has been confirmed today (12 October).

The acquisition further expands Spin Master’s offering in toys for early childhood play.

Melissa & Doug is known for its open-ended, creative and developmental wooden toys.
