The new Mica Pro Eco from Maxi-Cosi is made with 100% recycled fabrics, using 19 plastic bottles for each model, and features FlexiSpin rotation.
To mark the launch of the new sustainable car seat, Maxi-Cost has teamed up with eco-living influencer Aly Boghici (@allmumstalk), who has offered her tips on how little changes can make a big impact on the environment.
Aly commented: “Five years ago, my husband Justin and I decided that we wanted to be more conscious of our carbon footprint. It’s something that we have done gradually, starting with changing our car to electric in 2017 and building up to moving into an eco-house in 2021. Still we are constantly learning.”
The new Mica Pro Eco is made from 100% recycled fabrics, using Eco Care, which provides soft and breathable fabrics of high quality.
The seat features FlexiSpin rotation, meaning it can be rotated using one hand. Mica Pro Eco also reclines in both forward and rearward positions and features rearward-facing position from birth to four years old. ClimaFlow technology ensures that baby is always at the right temperature.
The new seat offers i-Size (ECE R129) safety as standard, as well as G-CELL 2.0 technology for maximum protection in case of side impact. The three-point harness offers one-pull tightening system.
