Brand Licensing Europe countdown continues with the launch of its Event Planner

As the organiser confirms 176 exhibiting companies, Brand Licensing Europe has launched its Event Planner, designed to enhance visitors’ experience at this year’s event.

The tool will be automatically accessible to all registered attendees, providing a comprehensive resource centre to help them navigate the show and prepare for their visit.

The online Event Planner aims to transform the traditional event experience, enabling visitors to kick off their plans in advance of arriving at BLE. Attendees can now explore which brands will be present, request meetings with the exhibitors which represent them and plan show itineraries to maximise ROI from their visit.

Key benefits of the Event Planner include:

  • Brand directory search
  • Licensing partnership opportunities
  • Schedule planning – add sessions to personals and catch up on anything that has been missed with on-demand content available after the show.

“We had such positive feedback from retailers who used the platform last year,” commented Laura Freedman-Dagg, head of retail at BLE. “In addition to making the visitor experience efficient and convenient, a huge benefit is the discovery aspect. Attendees found IP they may never have previously considered while browsing for those they already wanted to meet with. That, coupled with the fact they can arrive with meetings already planned in, is a game changer for a time-strapped retailer.”

BLE event director, Ella Haynes, continued: “Our Event Planner ensures that every visitor can make the most of their participation, fostering meaningful connections and productive engagements. I strongly encourage visitors to make the most of the tool and get a head start on filling their meetings calendars before some European countries partly close for business in August. We all know just how busy calendars get once September hits and I’d hate for anyone to miss out.”

Brand Licensing Europe takes place 24-26 September 2024 at ExCeL, London and visitor registration is now open.
