RKW is now hiring for a National Account Manager to join the Sales Team, focusing on an expanding Product Category in the Baby / Nursery sector.
We are looking to speak with people working with a significant background within the Baby / Nursery industry, who have a previous track record of driving sales with the likes of Argos, John Lewis, Mamas & Papas etc.
Main Duties
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies, to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Broaden the business opportunities by investigating and developing, as appropriate, all options for route to market within designated Channels.
- Manage business partnerships both current and new to seek out opportunities.
- Work with brand experts to develop focused business strategies by account and channel.
- Work closely with Senior Sales Management and Finance to make sure all Customer stock and financial issues are under constant review and problems are resolved.
Key Skills
- Previous experience in a National Account Manager role within the Nursery and Toy environment is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of working with Argos, Boots, John Lewis, Mamas & Papas.
- Able to demonstrate good attention to detail and levels of accuracy.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the business and our customer base.
