iCandy relaunches iService packages

The iService offering provides comprehensive packages for the maintenance and rejuvenation of iCandy pushchairs.

iService provides iCandy owners with convenient and sustainable solutions to extend the lifespan of their pushchairs, ensuring they continue to deliver comfort and reliability for years to come.

At a time when over half (55%) of customers are opting to repair a damaged or broken item over buying a replacement (according to Deloitte UK’s Sustainable consumer behaviour and lifestyle 2023 report), iCandy is committed to empowering customers to maximise the longevity of their pushchairs.

Whether its for a parent preparing for their second or third child wanting to give your stroller a new lease of life, or one who has received an iCandy as a pre-loved pushchair, or purchased one second-hand, iCandy’s iService offers a range of packages tailored to meet their specific needs.

The iService program features three packages designed to cater to various requirements:

MOT iService Package

Gold iService Package

Platinum iService Package

Each package includes a thorough inspection and servicing by iCandy’s dedicated team of technicians at the iCandy HQ. In addition to the standard servicing, essential safety tests will be conducted to ensure the pushchair meets the highest standards. These tests include checking parking devices (brakes), all folding and locking mechanisms, and the five-point harness.

Upon purchasing an iService package, customers can expect personalised assistance from an iCandy representative, who will arrange the collection of their pushchair for servicing.

“We are thrilled to reintroduce our iService packages, offering iCandy owners the opportunity to revitalise their pushchairs with our comprehensive servicing packages,” said Mark Bradbury, iCandy’s head of product management. “At iCandy, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and support to our customers, and the relaunch of iService underscores our dedication to sustainability and customer satisfaction.”
