Click & Collect, Call & Collect, personal shopping and free local delivery among initiatives from independent toy stores.
England may currently be settling down into a second lockdown – due to last for four weeks to December 2 – but Toymaster members are continuing to keep business going with a number of initiatives for customers.
For example, Toymaster Isle of Wight will be moving fully online for the next four weeks, while it will also be offering free island-wide delivery on orders over £20.
Midco Toys in Burton is offering free local delivery on telephone orders over £30. Customers can also shop with the retailer via its eBay store.
Osbornes Sports & Toys in Rushden is offering call and collect throughout lockdown in November, while Howleys Toys in Weymouth will be working throughout the period, dispatching web orders and running a ring and reserve initiative.
The Trading Post in Kingsbridge is providing a click and collect or postal delivery service for any items ordered through its website. Customers can also ring and buy items over the phone.
Moons Toy Store in Newmarket will be open from 10am to 4pm daily for collections and deliveries, offering click and collect and ring and reserve, while Toy Galaxy is offering ring and reserve at its Ealing store throughout November with next day delivery also available.
Gliddons Toymaster in Sidmouth is another indie running a phone and collect service throughout November.
Finally, while Starlings Toymaster stores in Holt and Sheringham are open as usual, Dereham is running click and collect, call and collect, free local delivery and personal shopping services, as well as nationwide shipping.
