Playmobil invests in advertising with Crumtons

Company sponsoring three large banners displayed outside Bangor-based toy shop.

Playmobil has committed further to its 2019 advertising campaign to support retailers, by sponsoring three large banners which are displayed outside Crumtons Toy Shop, in Bangor, Northern Ireland.

The banners focus on Playmobil: The Movie – which is due to arrive in UK cinemas on Aigist 9. Alongside the movie, PLAYMOBIL has launched nine new play-sets based on the film.

These include Rex Dasher with Parachute, Charlie with Prison Wagon, Marla in the Fairytale Castle and Del’s Food Truck among others.

“As a huge Playmobil fan, it is a pleasure to feature the toy brand outside the store,” said Mark McGilton, store owner of Crumtons. “Working with the team has been a great experience and we look forward to doing more together in the future. Thanks to Playmobil, Bangor now has a lot more happy colour in our lovely town.”

Jamie Dickinson, marketing and display manager at Playmobil UK, added: “At Playmobil, supporting retailers through our advertising programme is a priority.

“The banners at Crumtons reaffirm our position as a leading entertainment brand as well as drums up energy during an exciting time, with Playmobil: The Movie launching in August.”
