Natural Baby Shower launches The Hub

Surrey-based independent nursery and preschool retailer Natural Baby Shower launched The Hub – an exciting new family destination for baby and parenting classes, events and talks – last Friday, 8 June.

Created as a one-stop shop for expectant and existing parents, The Hub will see the Natural Baby Shower team hosting regular talks and classes within the popular Bagshot store.

Guests at the launch event were treated to welcome smoothies from the Babymoov bar, goody bags (containing a selection of products from brands including Storksak, Joolz, Pacapod, Petunia Picklebottom, Frugi, Discoveroo, Babiators and Merino Kids) and free taster sessions from resident classes such as BusyLizzy’s Baby Yoga, Mini First Aid, CARiFiT and Baby Sensory.

There were also expert talks from major brands, with exclusive product reveals from Joolz and Snuz, as well as children’s activities sponsored by Frugi and a charity raffle run by MORI, in support of Little Village. Ergobaby also offered a talk on safe babywearing and provided complimentary carrier fittings.

The Hub is now fully open for business, providing a destination for local parents to socialise or seek advice and with all classes carefully selected to enhance children’s social awareness, increase confidence and encourage a healthy lifestyle. The Hub will also offer a complimentary consultancy service and will be hosting talks on hypnobirthing, sleep and lactation specialists and much more.

A 4D scanning centre will also allow parents-to-be to see their baby in real-time four-dimensional moving images.

“The Hub has been a welcome addition to the local community and will aim to inspire the minds of little (and big!) people while encouraging parents to learn something new, make friends and develop an even stronger bond with their baby,” said Victoria Hampson, founder of Natural Baby Shower. ” The launch event was a huge success and we were overwhelmed with the attendance of lots of lovely local parents!”
