Kind + Jugend 2019 presents Start-up Area for the first time

A new Start-up Area will be held at this year’s Kind + Jugend show, which will be taking place in Cologne, Germany from 19 to 22 September 2019.

For the first time, Kind + Jugend – world’s leading trade fair for the baby and toddler outfitting industry –  is offering young, international, up-and-coming companies the opportunity to present themselves in a dedicated area within the show.

Already fully booked, the Start-up Area will comprise of 16 exhibitors, taking advantage of the opportunity to showcase their work in the same show as many of the industry’s leading names. In total, over 1,200 companies from around 50 countries will be exhibiting at Kind + Jugend from 19 to 22 September 2019.

In order to take part in the Start-up Area, a company may not have existed for more than ten years and must not have shown at Kind + Jugend previously.

The 16 start-ups, who come from Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Japan and the Netherlands, are:

• Gorfion GmbH, Germany (hats and accessories)

• Harmonianat srl, Italy (health care and hygiene)

• jaboo GmbH, Germany (construction toys)

• Kiddo / Ava Inc., France (bottle accessory)

• Litogami SAS, France (eco-friendly toys)

• MOBINOV sarl, France (pushchair motor)

• Rookie Berlin GmbH, Germany (changing bags)

• Savvybaby Pty Ltd, Australia (bottle)

• Sunday Morning Factory Inc., Japan (bibs and textiles)

• ZAUNKÖNIG, Germany (multi-functional chair).
