Joie launches its first baby carrier

The Savvy is an ergonomic carrier which the company says makes baby wearing all about hugging, not lugging.

With 4-in-1 carrying positions, the Savvy gives babies optimal support as well as a change of scenery, while keeping them close to the parent. The carrier also features magnetic buckles of the shoulder straps which make putting it on and adjusting the straps easier.

Joie’s Savvy is carefully engineered to cradle babies naturally c-shaped spine, hugging them in the fetal position that ideal for developing. The optimal support lets baby sit in an ergonomic M-shaped position to promote healthy spine and hip development, certified hip healthy by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.

Made from super soft cotton, Savvy has been crafted to be gentle on baby’s skin and even has a handy sun hood and windshield to keep little ones sheltered from the elements. The removable absorbent bib makes cleaning easy, and the whole carrier is machine washable.

The Savvy is suitable from 3.5 – 16kg (approx three years old) and retails at £100.
