Joie launches extended rear facing car seat

The i-Prodigi is suitable for children up to around seven years old, designed to keep them safer for longer.

The simple to use ISOFIX connectors keep a tight grip on safety by locking the seat firmly to the vehicle, while the extendable rebound bar means that even big kids can cruise comfortably with plenty of space to stretch out as they grow. A sleek frame, measuring 44cm wide, means that i-Prodigi fits easily on a back seat.

Children will be cosy and comfortable thanks to the removable inserts which snap in a variety of customisable configurations.

The Grow-Together headrest and harness system adjusts into one of eight positions with just one hand, making it easy to adjust. High tech Intelli-Fit memory foam fills the Tri-Protect headrest to absorb shock in event of an impact, and children are safe from all angles thanks to the Guard Surround Safety side impact protection pod.

Buckling up is easy using the magnetic buckles which keep harness straps out of the way until the child is in the seat. Once strapped in, the extended weight five-point harness comfortably fits children up to 22.5kg.
