In the UK, BBC Studios enables audiences to enjoy their favourite BBC programmes and brands outside the licence fee-funded window on alternative platforms, through a range of partnerships, and in multiple formats, from products and magazines to events and experiences.
In this key role you will drive representation at retail of BBC Studio brands by developing and executing retail strategies, targeting key retail partners and manage brand collaborations. You will build long-term, strategic relationships with all key UK retailers enabling BBC Studios and our licensees to maximize product listings, sell through and margin across all physical product.
You will have a strong understanding of retail dynamics in the UK and proven success in developing and implementing multi-category retail activities at peak high profile retailers. Familiar with all aspects of retailing – including seasonal timeframes, listing negotiations, POP & promotional requirements, catalogue insertions etc.

You will have experience in one of the following areas:
* Brand and/or product Licensing
* Media sector and/or FMCG experience
* B2B/B2C commercial and consumer products
* Experience in permanent retail placement would be beneficial
