INDX Kidswear July event will ‘not go ahead as planned’

Organisers behind INDX Kidswear trade show – originally scheduled to take place from 5 – 6 July 2020 – have released an official statement announcing that the show will not be taking place during the original dates.

A number of alternative options are being discussed and are currently under review, including new dates, smaller events or a virtual trade show. The final decision will be made by the end of May, when more information will be available.

The official statement, issued by show organiser Varsha Chohan, read: “Due to the continuing severity of the Coronavirus pandemic; the ongoing restrictions on large gatherings and the need to keep our visitors and staff safe, we recognise that our next round of trade shows will not go ahead as originally planned.”

It continued: “We are currently looking at several alternative options, including new dates, small scale events and/or digital trade shows. We will continue to review the options and work with our members, suppliers and partners to understand their needs and remain flexible to allow us to find the best solution.”

“We will provide a further update by the end of May, when hopefully the situation will become clearer.”
