iCandy unveils the Core

The British brand says its latest pushchair is its most innovative yet – a multi-mode pushchair adaptable for every age and stage of a child’s development.

The new design showcases striking styling, luxurious fabric, and cutting edge features such as the Multi-Mode Wheelbase and LED Visibility Hub Light. The Core prioritises comfort and ease of use, all while providing the multi-use functionality and longevity demanded by modern family life.

In the box, customers will receive a multi-mode chassis and two wheel sets, enabling them to change the pushchair mode depending on their activity. The interchangeable and removable wheels allow Core to be used on all terrains. The rural set comprises a longer, more substantial wheelbase, while the urban set is shorter and lighter.

The new LED Visibility Hub Light is positioned on the side and is a rechargeable USB light, improving visibility when out and about in the dark or low light conditions.

A knitted jersey fabric provides a luxurious feel and soft touch. The seat unit is ultra-padded to provide comfort and is complemented by stitched details. The extra spacious basket with a fan design created a standout side visual and allows chassis adjustment without compromising the aesthetic appeal.

iCandy Core can be bought as a complete travel system, which takes baby from birth to 25kg, and can be used with a compatible car seat. The carrycot is suitable for overnight sleeping and features a luxury fleece liner with stitched detail.

The Core also boasts the largest seat unit in the iCandy range, with a pop-up calf rest giving unrivalled size and comfort, making it suitable for each stage of development. The clamshell seat can recline into four positions, with the lie-flat position suitable from birth. The pushchair can be folded with one hand, with the seat unit still attached.

An integrated ride-on board is iCandy’s future-proofing innovation, which provides a solution for families with a new baby and a toddler, allowing a young child to stand securely and safely within the handlebar space.

Offering both parent and world facing seat configurations, the Core also offers the option to add elevator adaptors to aid interaction so baby can join in with meals without the need for a highchair.

Core is available in black, dark grey, light grey, Atlantis blue and light moss, and retails at £1,280 or £1,450 for the bundle.
