High-end pushchair company iCandy has launched a ‘Paws For Thought’ apparel collection as part of its continuing support of charity partner, Great Ormond Street Hospital.
The matching apparel family gift set – which gives 20% of the proceeds from each purchase to GOSH – was launched on Saturday 12 October, at the charity’s family festival and 5k fun run, which iCandy also sponsored.
Held in London’s iconic Hyde Park the event saw 10,000 participants run, walk and scoot their way to the finish line while also enjoying the pre and post-race entertainment on offer in the event village.
Based in the Neverland Tent, iCandy hosted a White Peach art lesson before the race (inspired by the White Peach Project art collection) and a strength, core and stretching session (in collaboration with buggy workout network Buggyfit) afterwards.
The iCandy matching apparel family sets – tshirts and babygros which feature a bear with a red heart – were launched at the event in honour of GOSH’s Bear Ward which cares for children with cardiac conditions. Every person who purchased a gift set during the event also received a special iCandy goodie bag, worth over £50.
Supporters of the campaign are encouraged to share pictures on social media using the hashtag #pawsforthought on social. The Paws for Thought collection can be purchased here.
