iCandy extends Dads’ Club campaign

The pushchair brand has teamed up with a celebrity personal trainer for its new initiative to support dads.

Dads’ Club is a social concept to support new dads, work on their fitness, improve mental health and encourage them to schedule in time for themselves.

iCandy’s Instagram poll showed that 95% of men believe it’s important to talk more openly about new dads’ mental health. The survey also found that 63% of the 1,000+ men questioned, felt anxious when they first became dads.

Working with celebrity PT, Rich Tidmarsh, iCandy has created a space for dads to access, allowing them to join together and feel supported, sharing experiences of fatherhood, and talking openly about the pressures, joys and everything in between.

The new campaign has garnered interest across its social platforms, as each week, content creators – and iCandy users themselves – including Jay Porter, Kwadwo Benko and Daniel Cutting,  have taken to iCandy’s Instagram channel to publish weekly workouts and live material.

From mental health to fitness, bonding with baby, cooking and more, dads have been invited to watch weekly activities, and join the #icandydadsclub community to feel part of a supportive group of dads.
