Plans have been confirmed for the evening celebrations at Harrogate International Nursery Fair, as buyers and retailers are signing up to attend the industry party, taking place on Sunday 29 March, 2020.
Thanks to sponsorship from some of the industry’s favourite brands (Artsana, BabyStyle, Bugaboo, Cybex, DCUK, Diono, Joie, Peg Perego and Silver Cross), all retailers and buyers at Harrogate will be able to attend the party for free, making the most of the opportunity to network and connect with the industry.
The Baby Products Association and Harrogate International Nursery Fair are also sponsoring the event in order to subsidise exhibitors’ tickets, allowing them to attend the event – which includes buffet meal, free drinks and a fantastic night of live music and entertainment – for just £35pp.

Visitors who have pre-registered will be given their Harrogate Party Night wristband when collecting their show badge at the main entrance. Exhibitors should collect their bands from the Organiser’s Office (situated in Hall Q behind the Cybex stand) no later than 5pm on the Sunday.
On-the-day registrations will also be possible by visiting the Organiser’s Office before 5pm on Sunday.
The party will be held at The Carriage Suite in the Majestic Hotel, which is situated next to the Harrogate Convention Centre, from 7:30pm until 1am.
Free drinks (beer, wine and soft drinks) will be served until 10.30pm, while spirits and drinks served later will be charged for. A quality buffet will be served until 9.30pm.
