Exhibitor applications now open for Toy Fair 2023

The BTHA has confirmed that exhibitor applications for Toy Fair 2023 are now open.

The show will return to Olympia London from the 24-26 January 2023, across the Grand and National Halls.

Companies can view 2023 rates and space package options and apply to exhibit directly via the Toy Fair website at www.toyfair.co.uk.

In addition, exhibitors who pay a 25% deposit by 4 May will benefit from a 3% early booking discount.

“Despite the challenging circumstances we faced last year, we were overwhelmed with the support we received from the industry and were delighted that we were able to put on a successful event,” commented Majen Immink, director of fairs and special events at the BTHA. “The positive feedback we have received since the show has highlighted how important it is for the industry to do business in person again.

“We are now very much looking forward to the return of Toy Fair 2023 in January, in what will hopefully be in more normal circumstances.”

Hannah Martyr, sales and marketing director of The Den Kit Company, which exhibited for the first time in 2022, added: “Exhibiting at The Toy Fair had been on our ‘wish list’ for a while. We were absolutely over the moon therefore, to finally introduce our outside play brand in the Greenhouse Zone this January – a fabulously nurturing, friendly and exciting place for small brands like ours to experience the full force of Toy Fair.

“There is simply no replacement for the person-to-person, product-in-hand contact that Toy Fair offers – and we are still welcoming new stockists and orders as a direct response to those introductions. Aside from orders and new stockists we’ve made friends, gained valuable insights into the industry and renewed our commitment to spreading the joy of outdoor, sustainable, child-led play.”

Visitor registration will go live on the Toy Fair website in September.
