CYBEX expands customer service team

Global baby brand CYBEX – which is renowned for its luxurious pushchairs, car seats and baby carriers – is continuing to grow, with the addition of a customer relations assistant for the UK and Ireland.

Victoria McKeown joined the customer relationship management (CRM) team earlier this month and will be responsible for supporting independent and national retailers with product orders and customer questions. Victoria will also play a key role in strengthening CYBEX’s customer relationships.

“As 2020 draws to a close, we are proud to be growing our team,” said Luke Burns, UK general manager at CYBEX. “Retailer and customer relationships are pivotal to CYBEX, and growth in the CRM team and Victoria’s role is crucial to this. Victoria will play a key role in supporting our retailers up and down the country and we are delighted to be welcoming her to CYBEX.”

“Everyone at CYBEX has been so lovely and made me feel really welcome – there is a real team spirit,” commented Victoria. “Learning about all the products during my onboarding has made me proud to be working for such an innovative brand.”
