Attractions will help to bring to life preschool property in the territory.
Plans for Arty Mouse Pop-Up Activity Centres in China are set to go ahead, with the standalone attractions helping to bring the preschool property to life in the territory.
The deal was brokered by PPW Digital – which acts as the sub agent for Arty Mouse in China on behalf of Edutainment Licensing – with activity centre expert Jolliplay Cultural & Technology.
The first location announced in Shanghai’s Hui Zhi shopping mall will open this month, while a second will open in Beijing before the end of 2018. Further centres will be rolled out into cities throughout China in 2019.
Children will have the opportunity to read and write English, watch and take part in theatre shows and have fun in the Arty-themed play areas.
“This is a really awesome development for Arty Mouse, our early learning through art brand,” said David Henderson, md of brand owner Imagine That Publishing. “We are delighted to be working with our fantastic partner Jolliplay Cultural and Technology on this exciting project, which will allow children to immerse themselves in Arty Mouse world in China.”
Denise Deane, owner of Edutainment Licensing, added: “The Arty Mouse activity centre’s flexible design means we are excited about the roll out potential throughout China.”
